As Vundla’s Chief Executive Officer, Director, and Founder, she has a broad range of experience having worked for various diagnostic and research organizations globally and locally. With over 10 years’ of experience in clinical and diagnostic laboratories, she has gained a wealth of knowledge through various roles. She enjoys the continuous work she does in expanding, diversifying, and creating new opportunities within Clinical trials in the Sub-Saharan arena. She believes that work should be meaningful and impactful for everyone and enjoys the opportunity to positively influence the people she meets and works with

Her passion for excellent customer service, quality in service delivery and scientific representation has set her apart from most of her peers in the industry and has led her to work closely with many international sponsors and collaborators.  Within a space of 3 years, she has taken Vundla from a local service provider to a globally recognized brand and has been instrumental in the company’s expansion  from logistics to project management services , training division as well as e-ecommerce services.

In her free time, Mbali mentors other health professionals and volunteers in her local community. She also values spending time with her family and friends.
